Fiesta Bowl parade

Bands, dancers, huge balloons, floats, silly string, hot dogs, tons of people, where can you find all of these things in one spot, the Fiesta Bowl Parade! 

Every year we go with our friends, The Bobergs, and try to score a nice spot at the Fiesta Bowl parade.  It’s fun just to go and hang out and see all the crazy people and yell, “spin it, spin it…”  to all the huge balloons that pass by.  The kids really enjoy it and I think Colby secretly love watching and critiquing the marching bands since he was once, dare I say, a band nerd.  Okay so was I, but not a marching band nerd! 

Next year or some year we’d love to make it to the rose bowl parade, that was the one Colby marched in and I think it would be fabulous.   Who knows maybe when we go Colby might just bring his drums and jump in and join them.  Watch for him on TV someday.
