Take me out to the ballgame

A few weeks ago our good friend Jon came down from San Francisco with his girlfriend Halley and we had a couple days of mommy and daddy time with them! It was super fun, but by the end of the weekend Colby and I realized we are definitely not as young as we used to be...let's just say we were worn OUT! We got to enjoy yummy dinners out, a fun movie at the Ipix theater, some fun dancing, and best of all spring training games! We even did one of the games in the rain, I know we are troopers, but really it was fun and I felt like a youngster! Thanks Jon and Halley for sharing your Spring Break with us, we had a blast and we'll have to come to San Francisco next time!

our new addition

I recently found out I'm going to be an Antie again and I'm so excited! When my sister told me I was pretty much in shock I just couldn't believe it, I asked if it was April Fools in February, but no the Beckerman's really are going to have another baby!  The first night I have to admit I was very excited and also overwhelmed with emotions just thinking of what my sweet mom would have said and done!  Also, just thinking of the emotions my best friend and sister must be feeling as she thinks about my mom and just wishing she was here to tell her!  Then I found out that the baby is due on August 26th (four days after my mom's birthday), I think that is so cool, won't it be even better if it's born on my mom's birthday!  Not a day goes by that I don't think about how happy I am for my sister and her family!  Another addition to their sweet family, what an awesome adventure and I just can't wait to meet this cutie and hold and love it!  I guess it's the size of a medium shrimp right now, so funny!  Here is the cutie's first picture! 

Happy valentines grandma

Not a day goes by that we don't think about how special my Mom was & is to all of us! We love her so much and are so glad that we can take her flowers and share special memories about her! Happy Valentines Mom and Grandma, we LoVe you MoRe!
